• Our Company has provided accidental insurance of Rs.5,00,000/- with 24 Hrs cover to all our employee’s working on our roll through Shriram General Insurance Company from Jan 2016.
• We transfer salaries of our employees through bulk NEFT
• All records are maintained Computerised & Approval for printed stationary from Govt. Authority.
• As per client requirement we have issued Identity Card to our employee’s working on our muster roll.
• We have also resolved & help the Client for there Legal issues related to Labour Authority, Provident Fund, ESIC, LWF & Labour issues.

• Description of the transaction
Our company is basically into Manpower Outsourcing and Recruitment business. We provide Manpower to a client having specific skill sets, for a specific period, as per client’s requirements. Such manpower comprises Blue / White Collar employees. All such employees shall be on our pay roll, and they shall be our employees for all legal purposes.
Attendance records of our employees are maintained at clients’ sites and at the month end, the attendance records, duly certified by the client, are received by EDP dept., which is further processed and Pay roll and other statutory records of the site is generated, based on which a bill is raised to the client. Our bill comprises of Gross salary + ESIC / PF Employer’s contribution + Service Charges + GST.
After receipt of the payment, salaries of the employees are disbursed by way of Bank transfers / cheques / cash and statutory dues are paid.
Source and application of funds.
As explained above, funds are generated through bills raised to clients and used for disbursement of salaries / statutory dues, except few cases, wherein credit period ranging from fifteen to twenty days is given, in such cases funds availability through cash credit facility of bank.

Background of Promoter:
All our staffs are qualified from various field i.e., HR, Account, Supervision, having job experience in the capacity of HR / Personnel / Administrative, in various reputed companies, from 1995.
The business of Manpower Outsourcing was started in the year 2017, under the name & style ‘Arya Labour Services PVT LTD’.
Since inception, our major focus is on Blue Collar Temping, and we abstained ourselves from business of Security / Housekeeping services.
The business was started with M/S. Kaware Ice-Cream with 4 employees on pay roll in the first month, this client, unlike other clients, has continued with us till date, our present strength with the said client’s group companies, and is over 60+.
During the earlier period contracting of Blue-Collar Temps, was in practice, by the industries / business firms, hence major strength of Arya labour is in Blue Collar Temps.
We started business at various locations viz. Mumbai, Nagpur, Nasik, Solapur, Hydrabad, Indore, Ratnagari, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, Calcutta, MP, UP, Noida, Gurgaon, Gujarat, Karnataka, Hydrabad, Haridwar, Ranchi & In Banglore.
The existing cliental (about 60+) comprises of TVS Group, Norma Group, Modi Motors Group, S.C. Auto Group, Wuerth India Pvt. Ltd., Suyaan Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. (JCB&AMW), & etc.
Major strength / achievement of Arya Labour is long term association with clients. Out of the total clients about 60% clients are 4+ years old.
